Come, Abide In Me
Wednesday Fellowship 4/3/24
Mat. 11:28-30, NKJV
28 ”Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”“
Come, I bid you, I bid all to come unto Me. Make time for Me, won’t you? Put Me first. Put Me above all else. Everything else will fall into place, for that is how I commanded it be. Come draw close to me, find the solace place where our hearts can meet. Come drink of My living water, come take your fill. You will not leave parched, empty, or hungry. Make time for Me, I created time, and I created you. Strength and time of refreshing of your soul is for now, NOT later. For later May be too late. Why do you suffer, and worry, and run about. Stop! Come rest, and draw upon Me. For I am your God, and you are My child.
Don’t wait until the sun is setting upon your life; for then it will be much too late. For only then in deep sorrow and regret you wish you drawn near unto Me. Come seek Me. Too many forget Me , and it breaks My heart. They are missing out on My blessings. They miss out knowing Me as ‘Father.’ I deeply desire fellowship with My children, but most do not put Me first.
I am true to every word I have spoken. I am the same yesterday today and forever. I have given life to you My child; come now draw nigh unto Me. I have many names, ‘Father’ is one one of them. Will you permit Me to be that to you in truth, and not just a mere word?
Your heart will be mended in My presence. Come apart from the hustle and bustle of life and be alone with Me, My arms never fail, they are open wide for you to come; come and abide.
Faithfulness is what I long for in all of My children. Faithfulness in coming to be in My presence. Don’t allow the cares and worries of this world to keep you away. That is why I came. I came to be a Heavenly Father to you My child. I conquered death, hell, and the grave; and you will too. I am from everlasting to everlasting! I did all of that so nothing shall separate you from Me ever again. Find faithfulness and practice faithfulness; smile, pick up you chin, square your shoulders and remember, I am greater than all of your problems, and greater than all of your enemies; there is none higher than Me, there no God greater than Me, and there is no name above My name. I am the King of all Kings, and the Lord of all all Lords! That is Me , that is who I am!
I am a rewarder of those who diligently seek Me with all of their heart.
It is for freedom that I have come to set you free. No longer be yoked again to sin, for I have set you free. He whom the Son has set free is free indeed.
